ok, i beat..i think the 3rd boss, after that you go out, and Roll says to come back yes or no, either way you do come back, then after that it goes into a cut scene with the bad guys, then after that...BLACKNESS!
how do i get it to work!!!?

it wouldn't matter which portal i got it from, right?

Have you tried changing or tweaking your video plugins.

Also, more info is needed. Computer specs, emulator used, and settings.

after searching around a bit, i have concluded it's an emulator problem... There is always the option of playing the better version for the playstation which can always be requested in our comments & requests thread.

You could try another emulator.. 1964, UltraHLE, or as suggested go with the better version. Mega Man Legends [PSX] play it with ePSXe or pSXFin.

i got it too work, BUT if it does that again, i'll need a PSX emu as well. i had to restart my game, i think the GS codes messed it up, i guess i won't be using those any more..

i had the same problem with the blackness, just save frequently, and if you get the blackness, try turning off all of your gameshark codes, and then going to that part again, works every time for me

i was just seeing all of the stuff, anyways i only use the rapid fire now, no problems yet.i better stay that way...
