Question Regarding playing PSX games on PSP

What version firmware do you have? If it is 1.5 then I can send you all the files that I recently used to get my PSP to run PS1 games.

To be honest this inquiry is for a friend, I have no idea about PSP emulation at all.

You need Dark Alex's Custom Firmware 3.XX
You will be able to play PSX Iso converted to Eboot.
You can also convert PSX Iso to Eboot with special programs.
[ Warning, Custom Firmware flahses your PSP, so be careful ]
