    Default Question about the Wii...

I was wondering since the Wii has a SD card slot, is it possible to download a ROM from this site (such as Earthbound) to the card and be put on the Wii and be able to play it as if it was a VC game? If so, how do you do this and would it damage the Wii at all? Thanks.

You need the stuff listed on the page
"Nintendo won't be happy about this. It looks like a combination of the Action Replay with the software program SDload and the official Nintendo SD card adapter will let very bad people with no morals whatsoever enjoy emulators such as SNES9x on their Wiis. Disgusting!"

I don't know/think it will work with any other device.

Although it's probably only a matter of time till somebody makes a utility that'll fix up normal roms to play
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

I was horrified to find that one of the latest updates killed my AR,
    It wont boot anymore,
whereas I had been using it to play import cube games.

And the link to that stuff is for gamecube,
you would need the cube memcard to sd card thingamagic
(dosent go in the Wiis sd slot).
And a cube controller to play them.
