i met star ocean second story iso from website, when i first go save rena from gorilla asian( i say this cause i dont kno if its jap or chinese) words come up and i cannot contiue

What emulator you are currently Running -ePSXE
What version of the emulator -the newest 1
What plugins you are using-pete's open driver 2.7 and psx emu cheater
Have you tried other Roms/Images, of the same game no jus the one from site
And or if you have tried other emulators-yes it happens rite when u save rena in the begining can u try it urself if u could then u will see what i mean if u hav same trouble if not then tell me how u did it. oh and as far a com specs i play eve online and other high graphical mmo's so my com can definietly handle ps roms i hope this helps u help me

Have you tried to use ePSXe 1.52? You could also post the settings you are currently using for your video plugin.

So, just ignore the PM I sent you back since you've already answered those questions here.

Try using Pete's D3D plugin.
Download it from here, unzip it to ePSXe's plugin folder, and in the plugin selection menu choose Pete's D3D Driver 1.76:

Just use the default settings; they should work.

You also should disable psx emu cheater for now.
