Project64 + gamepad

Ok, this is something I haven't been able to figure out yet. Is there a way to get Project64 to recognize and allow me to use, my right analogue stick for the joystick? I've only been able to use the left analogue stick for this.

It's a Saitek P2500 Rumble Force Pad, I figured it out though, just needed to switch to N-Rage's input plugin.
