Bandwidth distribution monitor?

Is there such a thing to see how much bandwidth users are using on a home network?

Bandwidth monitor pro is a good one, but it's not freeware.

Won't let you monitor other computers.
For that you need a router with such functions, or a hacked firmware for your router.
