Don't extract it. Leave it in the zip file, and put the zipfile (kof2001.zip) into your ROMS folder.

Did you get the newest unofficial version of NeoRageX?

Yup. Might be my hardware that doesnt like NeoRage, if you insists that the emulator is on par with Kawaks and Mame. Not that it bothers me or anything though

Meh, I forgot to ask if you needed the bios.

I guess you do, so download this zip file and put it in Kawaks' rom folder:

I thought you did, but if it isn't the bios that's the problem, then I don't know what he's doing wrong.

So, read this guide for Kawaks, jr408:
    http://www.mameworld.net/easyemu/kawaksguide.htm

And here's one for Nebula, maybe you'll have better luck with that emulator:
    http://www.mameworld.net/easyemu/nebulaguide.htm

    Download Nebula 2.25 from here:

    Everytime you download what file?

Be more specific or we won't be able to help you.

A .bin file is the actual disk image file.

Not in this case, as we're not talking NeoGeo CD, but AES/MVS.
On a sidenote to topic creator: Download this (yes a zip file - do not extract) and put it in the ROMS folder.
This is 100% sure the real bios.
