You could emulate the Dreamcast version with Chankast.

For the NeoGeo version. Uhmm I think the emulator to use is MAME or something isn't it? :s lol. I dunno sorry.

I personally use MAME and KAWAKS. Those are much better than the old NeoRage Emulator. Since I am so nice, I will upload the latest KAWAKS, including NeoGeo Bios and KOF 2000 for you - ready to just go ahead and play of course . Give me 15 minutes.

DC is Dreamcast - a SEGA console. Anyways, just ignore that if what you want is the rom of the original NeoGeo KOF 2000, to play on your PC. My upload is halfway finished

Read this (same goes for both split and non-split .RAR files):

First, copy and paste this link to the address bar of your browser:
    http://uploaded.to/?id=0e1rwm

Then after downloading it, use WinRar to extract the files inside.

-- btw, there's nothing wrong with how NeoRageX plays KoF games.

The problem is that NeoRageX requires a different set of roms then what MAME/Kawaks/Nebula/Final Burn/etc. use.

And the roms that NeoRageX needs are not that easy to find, since most sites have the MAME set only.

So, that's why people say NeoRage sux--because they can't find the roms for it.

I've got the whole NeoRage set on DVD myself, and I would never ever use that emulator on the same line as Mame and Kawaks. There are hickups in the KOF series (98 and up) both in sound and gameplay, I've been playing lots on both NeoRage, Kawaks Mame and NeoGeo, and NeoRage is the weakest one
