I don't actually dislike XXXX all that much (it's surprisingly easy to get down here for some reason. It's probably the first beer I drank as well), but SA pride demands that I denigrate anything not brewed locally. But I don't think we've really got an aussie beerfest. Got the usual Oktoberfest/Schutzenfest piss-ups, but nothing really for aussie booze. Too bad, really.
edit: I kinda have a similar reaction to darth. Spirits disappear pretty rapidly in my presence, but too much beer makes me regret my choice of drink.
