Default Use the PS3 SixAxis Controller on your PC!

    http://sksapps.com/index.php?page=ps3.html

Scroll down to the bottom of the page for Windows and Linux drivers for the PS3's SixAxis contorller. I don't have a PS3 myself so if anyone that does could try this out and verify for everyone here that it works I'm sure we all would be glad to hear it.

I can get it to install. It shows up Under Game Controllers in the Control Panel. It can be seen by PJ64 yet nothing will recognize any inputs from it. I press the PS button and nothing still happens. I don't know if this is on my end or what.

Yes. When I would go to the Control Panel and click on Game Controllers it would be there. I would then proceed to test everything out on it, and nothing would respond.

Are you plugging it in using a USB cable? The driver says it only works with usb.

Do we need a converter/adapter for this? Or is the PS3 control pad already able to connect via any USB port?

From the pictures and videos I've seen there a small usb port on the top of the controller that you can plug a standard usb cable up to it that you can get from any Radioshack or where ever they sell usb cables.

Really? Hmmm, I don't have any trouble using my 360 controller. It is also perfect for emulators.

I use an Xbox controller S. It's fucking great. Works with everything, and great for every emulator.

Thats what I used to use but then my controller broke. So when I got a 360 I just used that controller. Liked the S more though.

For the S controller? You can easily make one if you have a USB cable and a soldering iron. Hell you could even use electrical tape. Then you just find the drivers for it on the internet.

I still haven't gotten the SixAxis to work on my Desktop. I'll try it on my laptop later this afternoon when I get out of this meeting.
