That's Belfast, in Antrim, Northern Ireland. Technically, it's actually part of the UK. There's stronger accents out there, though. Try listening to someone from rural Cork, or from Kerry or Donegal. (Which are almost wholly rural.) Brilliant.

Y'know, you fail at being funny or clever. At least in this instance. Try harder, and maybe someday someone will read something you say, and genuinely laugh out loud.
All non-kidding aside, the point here is to encorporate something recogniseable into the name, so that people know that it's tied to EP just by looking at the url. Maybe we're on the wrong track by limiting ourselves in such a fashion, but until someone comes up with a really great idea, that's the best we've got so far in my not-so-humble opinion.
