Default I'm looking for online rpg game

    Hi all,

I was looking for a free-to-play online rpg game on the net and there are so many that I don' t know which one to take.
So, can you tell me of an online game, rpg, free to play, and downloadable, that you find good and interesting to help me choose.

    Thanks

    I know of a few.

Phantasy star Online is good, but time consuming.
    http://www.phantasystaronline.net/
Its also free now for PSO Ultima, STCHC or whatever its called and Eden

Another Half decent one is Conquer Online

I've been playing it for a week but it seems alright. The only issue is its Korean so its one of those "Use real money to buy fake items" type games.

Dungeons and Dragons Online is my personal favorite!

Unfortunately this game eats up ram so if you're computer can take it I'd play it

    Hope that helped

    Default RPG's for the PS3

I am looking for RPG's to collect for the PS3. I like playing offline, single-player JRPG's (usual traits of linear story, complex battle systems and invovles a party of characters etc.). I do not like playing RPG's that are rougelike/d-crawlers, first person or shooters. To give you a better idea of what I like here is a list of PS3 games I own:

    Final Fantasy 13
Star Ocean - The Last Hope - International
    Resonance of Fate
Disgaea 3 - Abscence of Justice
    Disgaea 4 - A Promise Unforgotten
    Last Rebellion
    Cross Edge
    Trinity Universe
    Hyperdemension Neptunia
    Agarest - Generations of War
Agarest - Generations of War Zero
Atelier Rorona - The Alchemist of Arland
Atelier Totori - The Adventurer of Arland
Ar tonelico Qoga - Knell of Ar Ciel
    Valkyria Chronicles
    Eternal Sonata
    Enchanted Arms
Trinity - Souls of Zill O'll

Can anyone suggest any other RPG's that I may like for the PS3 (that have an english localisation)?

You can try Catherine - It's a puzzle/rpg. You pretty much have every other JRPG out there.

Yeah...Catherine is pretty different. In any case yeah...he has pretty much everything, even the stinkers.

I recommend Demon's Souls and it's not an RPG but Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage. FotNS SO MANLY.

@lefty: Looooooooooool. There are some good games, the cd ones in particular but most of those were stuck in Japan iirc. Might as well play the psp vers of Rondo of Blood, some other version of Snatcher etc...I do think that it might be the only way to play Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys which is def. worth playing. Other than that I don't know, I'm not too well brushed up on this stuff anymore lol.

Edit: Some more you might be interested in (no clue what you like), as well as potentially better versions or various comments in parenthesis...

    Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams (ps1)
    Dungeon Master: Theron's Quest (exclusive)
    Side Arms Hyper Dyne
Strider (pretty good version iirc, JP only)

I see, well I'll wait for some other replies. I'm wanting to play some Trubo-Grafx 16 games that are action, adventure, RPG or shoot 'em up. Any other good ones would be nice too.

C'mon, I didn't want to tell him his games stunk to his face; what kind of person would I be then, heh.

    RPGs:
    Neutopia/Neutopia II
    Cadash
Ys I and II/Ys III came out for the CD attachment

    Shooters:
    Blazing Lazers
    Super Star Soldier, Soldier Battle
    R-Type
Gates of Thunder/Lords of Thunder for the Super CD-ROM attachment

    Adventure:
    Splatterhouse
    Ninja Blade

And finally, Alien Crush/Devil's Crush are pinball games, but super fun.

I have them all too, so I can feel comfortable saying they are bad. XD Oh and it's not to say that someone can't enjoy a bad game.

I finally tried out Sin & Punishment on my Wii recently. I greatly enjoyed it.
