Lunar, Lunar 2, Arc the Lad 1-3. They are more traditional RPGs, rather than action games. Legend of Dragoon is alright.

You may also want try Megaman Legends I & II, also the Misadventures of Tron Bonne. They're the best Megaman RPGs I've ever played. Actually, the "only" ones. XD

try the legend of zelda:paralell worlds or the Chrono Trigger2:Crimson Echoes hacks for snes downlable on the snes rom section both games are good,long, and challenging...i also reccomend metroid:zero mission and metroid:fusion both for the GBA
