Did you set up the BIOS and Plugins?

If so then File --> Run ISO Then open up your FFT image file and play away.

It doesn't matter where you have it. The only thing that matters is that you have it uncompressed. In ePSXe you go to the File menu and select Open ISO. It will open up a dialog box to select a file. You select the image file, and it will start to play the game.

    "C:/ePSXe/Plugins"?

    Anything in Program files?

It's really easy: the BIOS file in th BIOS folder and the plugins files (video, sound and cdr) in the plugins folder.

We don't mind to answer questions, but we like our new users take the time to read first the tutorials and guides other users kindly made before asking questions that are already answered there. So, please, read the links you was already provided, it explains how to set up your emulator and how to configure the plugins especifically so many games will run, it's all there:

    http://www.lordkane.co.uk/forums/index.php?board=8.0

If you see something is not working after reading what it says, then please ask whatever you need.

You'll find other useful links here:

It's running way to fast. Any way to slow it down?

    ePSXe, that is.

When I run psxfin, It's not fullscreen, and freezes.

Please, don't double post, use the EDIT button to edit your last post adding whatever info you feel you have to add.
As for your problem with ePSXe, run the emu and go to config/video and hit configure in the video plugin you are using, once there, check use fps limit and auto detect fps, both are under the framerate box. Accept it and restart the emu.
