Default Guys I think it's good forum activity is down.

I mean this way I can cope with how big this place is. I remember there used to be like 12 forums there are like 12 billion now what's up with that? If any smart arse wants to give me the exact amount of forums well then stop being a smart arse.
Also it reminds me more of the old days.
Remenisce about the old days in this thread.
Also combine this remeniscing with ways in which to make the new days more like the old days.

PS. Retros I will make Retro live again don't worry.

There's a lot of forum activity in my eyes, considering that it's the same bunch of people writing everything . I myself can't remember Epforums being smaller than this - thinking number of boards.

Did you actually join in October 2005?
Or is it an alias or some shit?
Because if you did then, well, don't even get me started on the reminiscing.
Also I don't remember you and I'm good at this sort of thing.
So yeah, I wasn't here for the Golden Age, but I was here for the New Wave.
The forums started becoming a powerhouse of emulation when CCDART joined. He was the catalyst, that rocketed EP into STARDOM.

So is this thread gonna end up being a circle-jerk between old members or something? We all sit around and wax nostalgic about how [Insert Username] made EP special in some way?

EP is on the decline, yeah. But it's because the forums don't offer anything unique anymore. We used to be one of the only places on the net that offered free trading of PSX ISOs, now everyone does that and then some. We need to figure out how to make the place unique once more, if we want to attract people.

Or we could all just sit around, talking about the old days, like a bunch of elderly fucks.

    Or not.

only thing i ca nthink of to bring back the "good days" ass yall put it is maybe find a server large enough to host all the roms, ISO's and our shit. No waiting times, no 6-10 links just one link to a file and getting the good ness.

Then again this idea falls along the lines of world peace. That shit ain't never gonna happen.

I'm also to new here to reminisce the "good old days" (Joined: Jun 2006)

I remember when Hangouts counted posts. I remember back when we had the ORIGINAL Record Breaking Topic, but I still don't know what the record was. I only posted in it once, but still.

Since I was such a fucking noob, I avoided the vets in the hangout as much as possible. Now that I think about it, Rose, Violineb, Vin, MoG, Screwed, Doyleyboy, NBS, Cougarman, Johnny, Jimmy, KoN etc. should still be here and we should still be fucking around the same way they used to, just with me included.

    Yeah.

Even when I joined the hangouts went pretty fast. I never started posting in the hangout regulary until about my second or third month in because I couldn't keep up.
