    The internet.

As for playing them, you need custom firmware, which can be gained through a few methods depending on your current official firmware (check it by going Settings => System Settings => System Information). Look around this sub-forum and there'll be threads that have the information you need, or just create a thread asking for help.

yeah, what this Samus' Nemesis' fan said (at least that's how i would describe you as a Metroid fan SA-X, but then again, i guess the same can be said about me). try 3.90 m33-2. i guess that works wonders.

Default This game could not be started (80020148) Please Help!

    Hi

I have updated my firmware to 3.90 M33-2 & all my old ISO/CSO's & UMD's work but I have downloaded new ISO/CSO's & they don't work & I get the the message "This Game could not be started (80020148)", the ISO/CSO's that won't load are Winning Eleven 2008 & Monster Hunter Freedom 2, I also have a Monster Hunter Freedom 2 UMD disc in very good condition & I get the same message, please please can someone help me : )

I'm thinking I might have the wrong settings in Recovery Mode, if you have the same Custom Firmware as me & you can play newish released UMD's & ISO/CSO's what are your settings please?

I will be truly grateful for any help you can give me : )

No idea if this is right, but do you have the 1.50 Kernal for 3.90? Or did that come included in the 2nd release of it?

    EDIT:
I run 3.80-5, and I have it set to run with a UMD in the drive, with the 3.80 kernal.

Ah right. That's quite a pickle. Have you googled it at all? Or just tried fiddling with your Recovery Menu Settings?

Please, don't revive old threads like this..

Apparently, the v0.4 is the last available. You can find it here:
