    Drive, finally. Very very good.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I honestly enjoyed the new one more than the swedish version. It has some problems with pacing (and it's ridiculously long, as previous poster mentioned), but overall I thought it was pretty good.
Sleeping Beauty. Pretentious and very dull.

Muppets. I think they did a great job building up the story and whatever, but when it came to the Telethon, I think they could have done a better job.

They also did a good job on the voices, every once in a while you could tell Fozzies was off, but other than that, great movie. Also, Mahna mahna.

    Tremors watch the sequels!!!

I watched this Wonder Woman cartoon movie thingum late at night, Sunday I think. Was really surprised, it was pretty good and had a hell of a voice cast too, like Keri Russel as WW and Alfred Molina as Ares. It had some decent action and some funny slightly adult moments. Don't usually watch this sort of thing much less DC comics stuff, but was entertained for a bit.

    Recently watched some oldies:

Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977): The special effects are amazing for a film that's this old. While certainly not an action-heavy type of film and it can a slow going to start with but by the end it has you believing that if you build a monolith, the aliens will come. 8/10

The Day the Earth Caught Fire (1961): Once you've seen this film you could quite possibly imagine such an event to happen. In short, mass nuclear weapons testing it transpires planet earth has been knocked out of orbit causing it to head towards the sun. Most of the film is based around a newspaper editorial offices. 8/10

The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951): Now this is another one of those oldie films that I'd seriously want to see happen in real life. In short (again), a day on earth is shattered by the appearance of a UFO that isn't hell bent on destroying all civilisation. Nope, the opposite --it's arrived on a goodwill mission to warn earthlings to down weapons and stop wars and violence. Gripping film. 9/10

Into the Void: pretty thought-provoking movie about reincarnation. I almost wanted to watch it a second time because it was put together so seamlessly.

...haha I see what I did there on accident.
