Just saw this too. Have to agree, Scott was a douche and I didn't buy him & Ramona being in love or being compatible enough to even like each other. Whatever, visuals were cool, the rest, not so much.
Role Models - Really enjoyed this. Funny the whole way through.
Rock and Rule - I love more adult cartoons and this was all kinds of epic.
Kick Ass - Liked it a lot. Nick Cage is at his best being a lunatic.

Seagal movies would be better if there was less swearing. Against the Dark was hilarious.

In the process of watching Iron Man. And trying to figure out why I've never seen this movie before.

I'm enjoying it, so far. It's on TV, so there's lots of commercials, though. oh well. And I missed the first 15 minutes.

Well I'm sure you could find it somewhere

number 2 is good too, not as good as 1 imo but still a fun movie.

I've been meaning to check them out for a while, but never got around to it. And I don't like to download movies... I don't mind the occasional TV show, but I can't watch a 2 hour plus long movie on my laptop, and don't have the energy to burn them to DVDs.

1 was good. I think I missed a bit due to the commercials and the fact that TV cuts stuff out to make it fit into a time slot, so I'll probably rent it one day anyways. I have heard good things about the second one as well, but again... never got around to it.

Also, just watched Sweeney Todd with my roommate.

Not to mention you have to sit for number 2.

Watched Ratatouille again, but in English this time. I prefer the French Anton.

EDIT: Death Race 2. Happens to be a prequel, but a decent one for once.

I'm pretty sure the PS3 has the same ability, but on the 360 you can play movies through a flash drive if the file is a supported format. And since most movies are in AVI or MP4 format the majority of them work. That's how I watch basically all of the movies I download, you should check it out.

Also, I watched Survival of the Dead last night. It was pretty terrible, to be honest. I expected a lot more out of George A. Romero, especially after Diary of the Dead, but I suppose it happens. There were some cool aspects and a lot of over the top humor thrown in, but all of it was outweighed by the stupidity of... pretty much the entire second half. It was disappointing because it had a good premise in my opinion, but it kind of just failed on the execution. At any rate it was at least somewhat enjoyable, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have absolutely nothing else to watch or just need a zombie flick fix. I also watched Blade Runner - Director's Cut, which I don't even need to praise. Fucking timeless classic. I need to watch the Final Cut version though, as it apparently adds a lot of new stuff.

    I should rephrase my statement.

I don't like to download movies. The end.

Wow. Am I the only one that uses this thread?

Anyways. Watched Despicable Me last night. I needed something to watch in the throes of sickness, and decided to break my own rule and order a movie off the Video On Demand service. It was... good. I wouldn't really say great, but the minions are funny, the story was decent, and I liked the ending for the most part. Just didn't strike me as an "amazing" me. Must admit that I did like it, though.
