I liked that coming-of-age element and the whole friendship thing, as well as parental authority and how to handle it. But I didn't like the lack of humor, and the story didn't make much sense. Overall, a mediocre film.

Yeah, pretty average. I kinda like whats-his-name being emo Batman, but the whole thing was kinda meh. I do hope they give this a couple sequels though, just to see where they go.

Yar, thankfullyy we didn't see him too much as Bruce Wayne - I didn't think much of him there, better as Batman though. The Riddler was a little too psychotic and dark for my taste. I can't help thinking of Jim Carrey in that part though lol.
