    Watched days of future past.

Really good movie. Time travel stories tend to go wrong very quickly but this one did a very good job. I won't spoil it for anyone by giving my opinions on things yet, and wait til a few more people have seen it. 5/5 movie for me.

The movie did stop about 10 minutes in because of a power cut, but we got free tickets out of it so I'm pondering what to see next

    GODZILLA.

I finally made it through Iron Man 3 - not a bad movie at all, it was just a little uneven at times and the little kid was really annoying. I do think this needs to be the end of the Iron Man stand alone movies for a bit though - They'll be loads of Avenger movies probably, and Iron Man is a great fit to lead those flicks, but I think his story is pretty much done for now and for fear of serious franchise fatigue they better stop here while they're still ahead.

Donnie Darko [Director's Cut]. I haven't seen it in years. About a third of the way through. Still as great as I remember it being.

    Snowpiercer.
Definitely not a good movie but certainly a little odd.

    X-Men Days of Future Past.

Awesome movie! It fixed everything that was wrong in the previous movies, especially the 3rd one. Very little to do with the original Claremont's arc but still great and a can't miss for mutant fans. Loved all the cameos from previous casts

Watched This is the End (2013) - ***1/2
Fantastic stoner comedy that has pretty much everyone from the Judd Apatow movies and Pineapple Express, and they're all playing themselves in the movie. It's pretty damn funny.

    The Guyver

It had been years since I last saw this movie, so I decided to give it another try... and I don't remember all of the comic relief. Nor do I remember that Mark Hamill was in it. Or that the love interest was a horrible actress. Plus, having read most of the source manga, a lot of things were so horribly different and wrong that it was shocking. But despite all of that, I really enjoyed the movie... when I wasn't groaning at the comic relief. This is a great practical effects film filled with glorious monster suits, a still pretty great Guyver I outfit and the kind of lame fight choreography that I love in a film that has a guy in a robot suit fighting guys in monster suits.

    Totally worth watching.

Godzilla. Definitely better than the last attempt, but still American so I can't honestly say it's an excellent piece of work.

I'm pretty much down for Jump Street 22, it's probably going to be a pretty fun move.

    3rd movie was a travesty.
