Oh fine. As well as Stardust (And that's not enough? It's a fairy tale and a romance! Can you ask for a more Elin film? It even has cross-dressing! ), this Christmas I also watched Shrek 2, Finding Nemo, My Neighbour Totoro, and the BBC production of Pride and Prejudice (the one with Colin Firth ).

    ...

Oh fine. I also watched How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. There, happy?

    Kiki, Stardust was indeed good.

I'm still kind of wierded out by DeNiro as a crossdressing, gay, air pirate, though.

Ahaha, I know, he was such a weird casting choice. But I thought he was awesome. You could tell he was just having so much fun playing the role. Actually, 'Captain Shakespeare' wasn't even in the book, and that whole section aboard the sky ship was more or less just glossed over. So I was a little surprised, albeit in a good way.

Yep, I've read it. But the movie is really different. What's your point?

Shenmue II DvD - Includes all of the footage from the first game of the story, ect...it's pretty cool. I'm glad I watched it, I forgot about what exactly is going on, considering it's been 5+ years since I played the first Shenmue. Now I can't wait to play the second in a few days Though it's just gameplay graphics and about an hour - 6/10.

Chuck and Larry - I love Adam Sandler and Kevin James, so this movie is awesome of course. I think they tried too hard to be funny at times, and it's not really Adam Sandler's best movie or anything (nothing beats his classics). It's still a good and funny movie to watch. 7.5/10

Planet Terror - It was pretty fun, and I liked the whole B-movie cliches and whatnot. Plus I watched it with a "Reaction track", which sounds like being in the theater with the "booing", cheering and stuff.

    El Wray rocks indeed.

Oh, but it was a decent children's book.
Well, it was either intentional misinterpretation or a TV Tropes link, but I got sidetracked by the section of "So Bad It's Horrible" covering reality shows...a show where an adopted kid has to identify their biological father? Now there's trauma fodder right there.

Three movies today since the media PC was actually sitting unused. Serenity was good, though I could see a bit of the "please uncancel my TV show" vibe in it. The Bourne Supremacy...Ultimatum...uh...whatever that third one was had also been recommended to me, so I pulled it up after finishing the last two episodes of Dennou Coil. That was decidedly meh (if I can't remember what the movie's called, my opinion is pretty obvious). Finally, I watched Stardust after seeing Neil Gaiman's name attached to the description - that was really good, too.

Oh, that was so hilarious. I absolutely loved that whole scene where Septimus boards their ship, even down to the gracefull ballroom bow by the soldiers right before the fight.

I am Legend. Made me sleepy.

Boogeyman 2. It was actually good. Much better than the first one, which was horribly bad.

Saw 4. Good, like the others. Delivered what had been expected, nothing more.

Argh. And a bunch of others I can't even remember. Not to say they weren't good, but I'm absent-minded a lot nowadays.

    Lies! Boogyman was great.
The sequel doesn't come out here for another week, I think.
