Flash Carting?

I got a Supercard SD and superpass DS. And I have an old Nintendo DS and it works ok, my question is if I upgraded to a DS Lite is the Supercard DS and Superpass DS going to work on the lite to or will I need to update my flashcarts to a newer one?

They should work fine, the only reason that I know of to get a Lite version of the flash cart is so that it doesn't stick out of the gba slot like a full size gba cartridge would.
