How come this happened at 5 AM, apparently, and yet it's now 10 PM and I just managed to get onto the forums past the "We're currently moving our server" message?

As far as I can tell, they moved to a new server, and just streamed the forum data over to the Canadian one.
I meant, he posted at 5 AM that the new server is online and the forums are back, and a bunch of people after that posted, and then 17 hours later, I finally get access to the forums after they're "reopened".

Were you visiting forums.emuparadise.org? Because I think epforums.org came up first. I know the different urls were running differently while it was down, but I didn't pay much attention to both when it came up.
