    Default System restore?

    Heya guys!

Now since I work at a helpdesk Ive learned a few things about Dell systems and I got a Acer pc. I discovered that my system has a hidden partition and so does dell systems have but I dont know what the keycommand is to use system restore or diagnostics.

    Someone knows that?

Most systems with restore partitions can use it by rebooting the machine, and then looking for shortcut commands. For example, on HP PCs, it is common that it says "PRESS F10 to access system restore" at the boot-up screen. I bet Dell is something similar.

I said something similar, not the exact shortcut . Anyways, I searched a little around, and found something that might help you.

    # Power the computer on.
    # When the Dell screen appears press and hold the <Ctrl> key on the keyboard, press the <F11> key, then release them both at the same time.
The Dell PC Restore by Symantec window appears

You should not necessarily need to see it somewhere, just try it if you have not already.
