What is the meaning of this message ?

Guys, A few minutes ago I've downloaded Parasite eve 2 from Emu bittorrent tracker.
When I tried to open the bin file after I extracted it very well without errors with Alcohol120%, I got this msg "cue sheet : line 1 - file no accessable".
Any Ideas how to make it work , if not in the pc at least in CD fpr playstation ?

the help file maybe got a eror section with meaning to there errors?

Open the .cue file with notepad and be sure the place where it says "something.bin" is the exact other file (the bin file) file name.
Be sure the 2 files are in the same directory too.

Please zip and upload the CUE file and post the bin file fullname, i'll check it. It might be a silly error i'm thinking about.
Oh, and it's not that I don't trust you, I just don't want to send you in the bad direction.
