    Default Register to Alcohol 120% ?

    Hey hey guys , I have a problem with alcohol.

    Well my trial period has expired and i uninstalled it now i have a problem , when ever i right click on my dvd drive it says "The trial period has expired , Please purchase a registration code to continue using Alcohol 120%" and then something about click yes to go to their website.

    Can someone tell me whats going on...? , it's getting very anoying now....

    Any help would be very appreciated.

    *EDIT* It also happens when i right click on my floppy drive and the harddrive too

    Actually, it happens when you right click every folder.

    I don't know why it's happening to me, though, since I had a cracked version.

    try cleaning it out of your registry

    I've always wanted to know that because i have other useless crap like this hid away somewhere.....

    i recommend using registry mechanic. Its the only program that i like using. You could also do it manually, but i dont recommend it if your not experianced with it. oh, and make a system restore point before you touch the registry.

    You sure you aren't selecting the virtual CD-player?

    no, he also said it happens when he right clicks on the floppy and hard drive. which is very odd. i'd say download and install RegCleaner and wipe out anything that says alcohol and reboot

    didn't know Alcohol could do this to you. I have Alcohol the *cough*corporate*cough* version and I don't have any problems with that, although I don't use its virtual drive feature coz I have Daemon Tools already installed
