Any good photoshoppers?

i need a picture i have, edited to suit my needs. In another game i play, Roto X, i used to be in the blue faction, but recently moved to the green faction. What i need is the below pic, edited so the lightsaber and lightsaber glow effect turned green.

If any of you good photo editors with your photo shop or dell image expert or whatever could possibly edit to be the brightest green (Hex value= 00FF00, or red=0,green=255,blue=0) and somehow dither the color to blend with the background or the suit, to make it look like the blue is now only greenish. This may seem impossible but i have faith that at least one of you can do it.
