Providing a link to the torrent in question is always a good idea, like this:

It makes it easier for somebody to check if they're reseeding the specific file you want. And making it easy improves you're chances of getting a reseed.

Of course thats all moot cause I'm reseeding right now Get it asap cause I'm only seeding for a hour or less...

Next order of business. When you ask for a reseed it's good form to pay attention to your request, or leave your client idling on the stalled torrent in case somebody actually tries to help you out. Cause they might not bother reseeding a second time...
