Mine has to be Sol-Badguy from guilty gear series.

Well, there are a few, but I'll name only one now, since I'm lazy. Morte from Planescaspe: Torment. Mainly because of his endless sarcasm.

He's a skull, by the way. A flying, talking, and extremely sarcastic skull, to be exact.
