And navigate through to the Handheld/GBA .
I've been trying to access the list, but it won't load... Busy, I gather.

Ok now how do I download it I tried downloading a gba rom from there bfore but it didn't work
After I voted and clicked the click here to download thing it took me right back to the list page with all the games!

You must register first. Look at the top right of the page, you should find a Register button. I hope you're luckier than I, 'cause I'm only getting more and more load time.
