OK, OK, I'll get back to the topic. I don't use 'teh' unless I'm being deliberately facetious. For that matter, if it's accidental and I'm no longer paying attention to my grammar, something's probably driven me absolutely batty and 'teh' is going to be the least of the reader's concern, given how second-nature that kind of nitpicking is to me.
