Now there has been an outburst of game classics/compilations etc. Like Sonic Mega Collection.

Now here is the question what game series or classic games would you put into a classics collection.

I'm not for it, but if a company wanted to make alot of money, they'd release a compilation of all the GB/A pokemon games.

it'd be pretty large in size, but i'd compile every final fantasy (final fantasy's only: no mystic quest or tactics) from FF1 till FF9 or 10. i'd also compile every street fighter game (including alpha's and ex pluses) along with the MK games (even MK4, but not advance)

indeed. mk3 was lackluster, though i did like lui kang and sub-zero. mk4 was total shit, much like n64 castlevania games. though i took a liking to ultimate mortal kombat cuz of the combo system and the number of characters. deception was pretty sweet. but mk2 will remain the classic

Every 2d Final Fantasy and as an "extra" Chrono Trigger. That would make me happy. Also every "Tales of" game ever released.

Don't think so. It's no problem for me. I've got a chipped PS2. Otherwise, if you have a Gamecube, you could import it and use that freeloader thingy.

'Twould have some nice features, such as a real gravel-engraved box, a leather parchment manual, and a real life curative herb to boost your HP when needed.

All 2D Zelda games, no 3D shit. Or that would come as a bonus cd if you bought the ultimate premium uber powerful secret 99999 in 1 platinum diamond gold ZELDA twilight princess pack that would only be released in japan.
