Default Voice problem with SRW Alpha in Epsxe

In Super Robot Wars Alpha, everything else works perfectly, but the voices just won't play for some reason, like you can still hear the music and sound effects, but the voices will just not play, it's like the game skips over them or something. I've been trying to see what the problem is for a long time, but I just can't figure it out, it's weird because the voices for characters work perfectly in F, F Final and Alpha Gaiden. But yeah, the voices just don't play for some reason in Alpha.

I'm guessing your running an ISO?

Try downloading DAEMON Tools 3.47(newer version don't support analog audio so don't get those, specifically get 3.47). Mount the image file in Daemon Tools and enable the analog audio option, then choose Run CDROM in ePSXe. Make sure you mount the .cue for .bin images or the .ccd for .img images(I'm guessing your likely using one of those image format if your running an ISO. Also remember to configure your CDRom plugin to read the virtual drive that was created by Daemon Tools.

Also, have you enable XA and CDDA sound in your sound config?
