    Neither do i.. Rugby is more of a mans sport.. i remember watching several football matches and people getting lightly touched and going off...

    I wouldn't mind watching some American football though.. looks interesting

    Blasphemour!

    Although Rugby can be fairly entertaining, football is such much more fun to watch/play, and doesnt require the participant to be built like a brick shithouse.

    i would love to play rugby. i got the general rules down, but the small things elude me.

    WHAT I KNOW OF RUGBY:
    pass backwards only
    get it over the goal-line (or whatever u call it) and touch it to the ground
    kick it thru

    lol...

    Take those, make them more...technical, add in various offside elements and scrummage, fighting, stamping, biting etc and youre almost there. Well, for Rugby Union. The Rugby League code is an entirely different kettle of fish. But much more fun to watch.

    Not really.

    Rugby Union is a gentlemans sport played by hooligans;

    Psst, it is.

    I only watch a few matches a year. Sometimes I indulge myself and watch the Superbowl. But I feel bad about it, 'cause it always ends up being boring.

    The pro game is so much less exciting than the college game. The pros play for money, and dont play as hard, b/c if they get hurt, they dont get paid.

    the college players play because they love the game and their university. they play their hearts out week after week, for 3-4 years of their lives.

    UPDATE: touchdown Ohio State, celebration penalty of Santonio Holmes. went into the endzone with his hand in the air, starting at about the 10 yard line.

    21-7, OSU.
