Default N64 rom images on real N64?

Do you guys know if it's possible to upload those rom images back to real N64 someway?
Flashcart or something diy stuff, maybe?
I just bought N64 for 5 euros and I'd like to experiment with nintendo for the very first time...

I have a device called a "doctor v64" which are no longer made. Basically it fits under the n64 and allows you to load your games from cd. Try googling for more info or you might get luckey on ebay.

Edit: Or if you want a flash cart then i think there was a dr v64 junior which had more memory but needed batteries.
There are a couple of other options like the cd64 uses cds, or the z64 uses zip discs.

Did you have the option for batteries as well as plugging it in? 90 bucks? I'm not sure what that works out in sterling, but i think it's about 45-50, yeah you were robbed, i've seen them go on ebay for anything between 80 upwards.

Na the v64jr doesnt go for all that much, price varies a bit. The CD versions go for a bit more, thats what im waiting to buy heh. It can use batteries, but thats a waste.

Thanks for fast replys, sure is expensive to play "backups" on N64.
Googled for diy stuff for n64 for an hour , no luck there.

Maybe I'll just stick with surreal64xxx for time being.. Good emulator it is, but it would have been fun to fiddle with nintendo hardware for once.

    Of course.

Anway, back to the threads topic, I am kind of suprised that no one has made a flashcart for the n64 yet.

If he had that, i doubt that he would have to play on the xbox Though i suppose it is possible.

And Gundam, the V64jr is basically a flash cart

    You're absolutely right there Borman.
It would be so nice if I could somehow run these roms on the real thing , or on a flawless emulator. On Xbox I prefer....
GBA has a CF system nowadays, maybe it will available for n64 someday.

Oh... I'll have to look into that one.
I thought it involved using a real cart as well.
