I can do this where I put the thumb and rude finger of my right hand together, and then shake my hand, making the finger between them hit the two fingers which are clasped together. It makes a noise, and my friend taught it to me. I think it may be damaging my hand. But oh well.
I'm sure EP people can do other weird stuff like that which is more X-treme, so much more I have to cry. So tell me, and stuff.
