Is PHP hard and also is it better than HTML??

PHP is by all means better than pure HTML cause it adds a lot of
new stuff to HTML and you can place it inside your .html file
just like you'll plce Javascript. (you'll have to change your file
extention to .php)
PHP is also somehow similar to JavaScript, C++ or Perl so if you have some
basic knowledge about those languages it'll be somehow simple to learn and
you my insert some sripts onto your page step by step while you learn new
things.

I myself started learning PHP few days ago due to urgent need.
(school project) and i isn't all that complicated.

LOL!!!
I haven't stated that I'm sooo good at php, moreover I've worte that
I'm beginer or a noob if you want to put it that way.
I know a bit of this and that in JS, php and Perl but I have to
learn more about it as well to be of some help to you.
Well while I'll be working on my page I'll try to help you as well
in the process, so when I create something (that actually works)
I'll send you source code or something like that or post it on your
forums, etc, etc...

For the next few days I'll be working on my php knowledge, and
the time will show if I'm good enough to help...though I'll try.

Well I don't use MSN, because of the fact that where I live
MSN isn't popular at all.
As for the help...remember that it's Christmas time so I'll be very
busy now, but when this'll be over I'll have some time to think about it.
And remember I'm certainly not a master designer.

The site could use some work, I actually suggest getting a copy of vBulletin or Invision Powerboard, and then you can buy or make a good skin, and then use the IPB / vB wrapper in your site, including the CSS and images.

have you thought of adding a blog & a way to rate roms? I like blogs myself because it's more of a 1-on-1 type of thing. Forums can be so impersonal at times. It lets you share extra content with your favorite contributors, use Wordpress Comment tracker.
