At first it looks like it had to be sped up, but the lines are so jaggedly (yet accurately) done that the speed seems correct.

You can adjust the speed at the bottom. It is set on 4X speed by default, you can change it to 1X or 16X

Attention to detail was always my thing :/ I also wonder if they edited out parts where they may have messed up, or if they just practiced a LOT and did the full thing.
I remember a kid in my high school made crazy flash animation of two incredibly detailed characted brawling, but it took him like half the year to get it completely finished. I sucked so bad at flash, I could hardly make a stick figure walk.
