Default Help, No audio in cutscenes for driver 2

I just downloaded Driver 2 ISO Disc 1 on this fantastic site. But for some reason their is no sound for the cutscenes. Yet their is sound for everything else. I don't know if that's just the way it's suppose to be when I downloaded it or I just screwed something up. Any help PLEASE!!!

EDIT. Oops I guess I should add this incase it helps.

    I'm using EPSXE Ver.1.2.0
    Video Plugin: Pete's D3D Driver 1.47
Sound Plugin: ePSXe SPU core 1.2.0. Enable sound and enable CDDA Sound

    Computer Specs
    Windows XP
2.16 GHz. 736 MB of Ram
    Video Card I think it's, VIA/S3G Km400 Hal

Sorry if I got something wrong or miss something. I not good at all with computer.

Try one of these sound plugins:
P.E.Op.S. DSound PSX SPU or Eternal SPU v1.41.

Thanks for the help. The P.E.Op.S. DSound PSX SPU was the only one that worked for some reason

Also you say you're using ePSXe ver 1.2.0 (?)
    Did you maybe mean 1.6.0 ... ?
If you're really using 1.2.0 you may want to get 1.5.2 or 1.6.0
Or both since some things work with 1.5.2 that don't on 1.6.0 but either of those are far more upgraded from 1.2.0

'kay, a bit late reply, but anyhow, you have to enable CD-XA sound, which is basically nothing else than sound in cutscenes. Don't ask me WHY that is different in any way from the rest of the sounds... it is a mystery...
