Of course, I think there'd be bigger problems than that...Food production plummeting, transportation networks collapsing, global economic systems collapsing, political mayhem stemming from the prior. If you don't know what a Difference Engine or Analytical Engine are, they're basically early 19th century complex computers. Think Colossus with mechanical parts.
