Default Shining Force 3 part 2 and 3..

Has anyone even attempted a translation of these games, or are their plans for it in the future? ><

    ?

I know Shining Force 3 has different versions in Japan (bastards), but what is special about the Japanese version of Shining Force 2? I'm not aware of any translation attempts of either.

Yeah, SF2 is in english, so what's the point of a translation? As for SF3, I thought most scenarios came out in english.

I hope not. I did not like the remake of SF1. I would just prefer they make a new SF game for the GBA or DS.

The thread title is typed incorrectly. He was talking about Shining Force 3 scenarios 2 & 3. Those were not released in English, only Scenario 1.

As for a fan-transaltion, I didn't hear anything about it, most likely nobody wants to take up that tedious job. There is a txt file out there on the web though with all the dialogues in english, but it's not the same reading that txt & playing the game at the same time (sounds awkward really)

i loved the remake of sf 1 for the gba...i played and beat it in 3 days...36 hours...i was hooked...so i hope part 2 gets to see the gba and yes part 2 was in english...it was part three that needed translation and that was only for scenarios 2 and 3

Yeah, I think you're right about the title. Why is that Japan always gets better stuff than Europe or US? Eh, I think we all have to start learning Japanese.
