The cgi is working just fine. Two questions.
1) Are you using a download accelerator program like GetRight, Download Accelerator, Real Downloader, etc.?
2) Do you have a firewall running?

Generally the only thing you need to do is set your Download Queue to 1, and it'll work. If it still doesn't work after that, I'd just turn DA off =P

Yeah, turn DA off, it leeches humongous on bandwidth and the server anyway won't allow multiple connections.

When you two said "turn DA off" what did you mean, uninstall it or what?
Turn it off. Don't use it as your default downloader.
