ASVAB scores
Has anyone else ever taken the ASVAB? Its the test that you are required to pass in order to join the US Military. it goes from 0-99 with 30 as passing, 99 as perfect. I got a 96 when i took it, and my ex-gf failed it 2 times. Anyone else got a score?

i think i got a 92 or something.
my buddy was enlisting for Rangers, and he got a pay increase for every person he referred to take it tht scored above a 75, so i helped him rank up before boot camp.

whats funny is that even though i had gotten a 96, they tried to put me into an infantry position

I don't recall my score, but I can look it up in a couple weeks when I head home, since it was mandated for our school district high school. I do recall it tried to place me as an officer, which just goes to show that it isn't exactly a be-all.
Rank of Master achieved
I had to take it last year in high school as a junior. I don't quite remember my score, but I do remember it was close to the top. When I took the interest test after getting my scores my interest level and scores put me to be a Nuclear Scientist.

i was out the day we took it. I heard its a federal offense if you don't take it, with a max. sentence of 5 years. can anyone confirm this?

so a lot of us just bombed it on purpose but at the time i was kinda interested in USMC myself so i took it. (this was all freshman year btw, i took it again for my buddy last year b/c i couldnt remember my score from before.)

Lucky. I was forced to take it. I scored an 88 but I probably could have done better if I wasn't hungry that morning
