    Default Favorite Fantasy Creature

I directed this mostly toward games but if you do not have a favorite fantasy character, in a game, then a fantasy creature from something else.
The creature that has been my favorite ever since I battled him in Super Mario RPG is Culex. I faced him using Mario, Toadstool and Mallow, was not able to beat him because I wasn't strong enough. I think I was at level 20, which was foolish of me to think I could have overcame him being so weak. Besides, the game wouldn't let me level any higher sadly, anone else have the same situation with not being able to level up any higher. I know your levels get capped when you reach the machine stage, mine did, but before that I was not able to level any higher. Also, was anyone able to find the three items the "Three Musty Fears" gave clues to. I do not wish to know the location of the items, just if you were able to find them, I was unable. I am doing the game over because I need to beat Culex and to search harder for those three secret items.

I got 100% in that game but I dont remember that three items youre talking about,i was like 13 years when i played that game and now im 19 so just imagine ,and the max level in that game was level 30 from what i remember anyhow why would you need to level up higher than that? If you get the special suit they give you in monster town by doing 100 times or higher the super jump in a row the game is pretty easy. An my favorite fantasy creatures will be the collossi from shadow of the colossus and the bosses in final fantasy games like the ones in the one where cecil is the main character.

I'm obsessed with vampires, the ones in the Vampire: The Masquerade games, such as 'Redemption' and 'Bloodlines' (which are based on the dice&paper RPG, to be exact). I especially like the way they show their society and their struggle for survival, how they try to keep the last pieces of humanity left in them.

The highest I was able to level up was level 20. I think I remember the suit your talking about, I might have obtained that, don't remember. I was able to beat the game at level 20, wish I could have leveled higher. I remeber mario sleeping in a room with a single bed, while mario was dreaming the three musty fears came to him. That was such a great game and I hope they do a second game similiar to that or at least a remake. That was Final Fantasy IV or II with Cecil for SNES, don't recall which it is, good choices.
Edit: and GareJei, I also like vampires a great deal, whoever thought of such a thing had an interesting imagination.

Same. Except I'm more of a fan of the whole rapacious bloodlust thing.

    Hmm. You'd love the Sabbat.

Or Hellsing. But I already know that one.

Nope. The Sabbat isn't very stylish, and they're all chaotic and stuff, which is nasty and bad. Camarilla + Jeanette + PC with lots of points in seduction and melee for the win.

Ah, I see. Seduction is a winner. Anyway, before I get really off-topic (which I've already done, I guess), I think I'll just kindly shut the fuck up.

Well I let you know that is a pain in the ass to level up to level 30 because its slow to get all those exp points to level and yeah thats the limit to level up,and theres the second part to this game wich is paper mario but its not as good as the first one. I also liked when i found the secret cassino in the game it was great

I dont know if this counts entirely, but i would have to go with Kefka from FF3. He was a complete and total nutbag. He was such a nut case that only sephiroth can rival him in the schizo department.

Minotaurs. Nothing portrays man's futile attempt to impress women on a larger scale than this and Centaurs.

Are you saying that Super Mario RPG had a cassino? I missed more than I imagined.
