can't change my username!!!!!!

when i try to change my username and enter my new username it takes me to the comfirmation page and then i click confirnim and nothing happens!!!

please help!!

If your using internet explorer, right before you click the confirmation button, go to tools then internet options in your browser, click the security tab, on internet click custom level,now scroll down to active scripting and disable it, now click the confirmation link on the web page. After your done remember to enable active scripting again.
