personally I think this guy need to get a life. It seems painfully obvious that he's just trying to stay in the news, except he thinks he's smart enough to do it without a publicist unlike 95% of Hollywood celebs nowadays. I've read up on this guy and found out a bunch of things. First off he ran against THE Janet Reno for a DA position in Florida (i think) and at a debate he actually walked up to her and handed her a chit that read as follows:

Recently he was at the center of the San Andreas/Hot Coffee thing, more recently he has blasted The Warriors and Bully, which are both from T2/Rockstar, and also Killer7 3 MONTHS AFTER ITS RELEASE. Douchebag
He even tried to get the FBI to shut down Penny Arcade for extortion and harassment when all the guys did was donate 10,000 smackeroos to charity on his behalf (because he wouldn't honor a statement that he had made) and made a couple of comics and some remarks ridiculing him. here is the cheque they wrote:
