    Default LimeWire DC?

if anyone has LimeWire, they know that there is a direct connect function. from now on, i will put a link in my sig to my lists (requests and current possessions), so if want to trade, let me know, and we can do it easily thru LimeWire!

while you can do this, make sure any discussion of IP addresses (the ###.###.###.###) address that you connect with) is all done in PMs.

this is kind of explained at http://forums.emuparadise.org/announcement.php?f=19 , but basically you can't post your IP address in a public post that everyone can see. Also, LimeWire doesn't allow you to share files over the direct connect without a lot of router configuring, so you might be better off with a DC++ hub.

I don't use Limewire anymore since I got a worm that only comes from Limewire, it was called worm_VBS or something like that, it disguised itself as a Windows Update. I'll only use Morpheus now.

I use eMule (Plus), it's so much better.

    Why? Because I said.
