Final Fantasy X on the NES

A group of fans from Japan have ported the entire Final Fantasy X game to the NES! To accomplish this, they took a ROM of the original Final Fantasy 2 game and replaced all the artwork and text. They even hacked in some original pieces of code, which made the Blitz Ball game possible! An English translation should be coming soon, since the whole English script is already available.

That`s kinda neat, I didn`t know they did that kinda thing... Do they have any other games, preferably in english? :X

Yes, I have teh complete NES (and all other ROM based consoles) Hack set. There are thousands, alot in English too. I can upload the NES ones if you want them.

I was just excited about this one because, firstly, its new, I didn't have it. Secondly, Its Final Fantasy

Soon they are going to bring this ROM out in English.

Not really.... I actually don`t have a clue how to use the bittorents, seeding blah blah blah at all . I`ve only ever downloaded one rom from here and I never got it to work , but if you know of any other place I can download it, that would be useful...

Wow some people have way to much time on their hands. However I liked FFX and will prob try this out. It looks like they have the sphere grid also excellent.

Maybe... But I think it`s a neat idea, especially for me who could never expect to play FFX on my computer. (It runs the GBA emulator between 40 and 60%)

Meh... They should've gone the extra mile and hacked FFIII instead... It allows for much better graphics and speed than FFII...

I think a combination of pressure from Nintendo and people being idiots to the creator shut that one down

I remember the author mentioned he was going to complete the project, but not release it... For reasons mentioned by you...

It looks cool, will have to give the english version a try when its released. They should make FF IX, VIII, VII also
