Default Multiplayer games (on same computer)

I've been looking for great, free or not, games that has multiplayer support on the same computer. Lately i've been playing Gish, and a few other freeware games, but I can't find alot.

So yeah, if you know of any please tell me.

P.S. I've looked at all gamehippo.com list of freewares and tried every game that has multiplayer support.

Well, I've been going crazy with Worms 4 Mayhem on me PS2, and the multiplayer in that game works with ONLY ONE CONTROLLER and is not splitscreen, i.e., its turn wise. First player controls its worms and you do damage, and then when your time's up, it then turns over to Player 2 who then uses the same controller.

I haven't played the PC version of that game as yet, but am pretty sure it would be the same so you can play a multiplayer game using the same keyboard and don't even need another comp/monitor/splitscreen for multiplayer gaming

Its a new game, recently released for PC & Xbox in the US (no PS2 ), so am sure you can find torrents lying around here somewhere (By the way, I have the PS2 version (PAL) )

worms (any edition) is a game that was always turn based for multiple players on the same computer with only one controller (keyboard/mouse)

also there is the new x-men legends 2 :rise of the apocalypse
it can be played with 2 or more people on the same computer at the same time...

there is heroes of might and magic 3 that i played with my roommates when i was in college dorms... turn based (the turns can be pretty long) tactical simulation style.. where you build your army... put them under a hero and fight in a tactical simple battleground...
