Well, it seems many people are having the problem of the confirmation email not reaching them. Brit and Warbot PMed about this same problem and this is what I told them

Well, thats weird. It should've reached you. Which email service do you use/which email ID did you send them. Try sending them a new email ID like hotmail or yahoo. If, while doing so, you get a message that the same user ID exists thats prolly coz its waiting for the confirmation from the email that it sent you (the one which YOU NEVER RECEIVED). In this situation, wait for a day or two so that your registration gets AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED since it never got the confirmation and you can try again but this time with a NEW EMAIL ID.

Hang on to this dude, trust me. This torrent site ROCKS and is UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME.

I'll also try to contact Deimos (moderator/owner of that site) and see if the problem lies on their side and see if he can get it corrected/provide me some hint as to which Email Services are okay (i.e., hotmail, yahoo, etc, etc). I'll post here if he replies

I've had an account for six months or something, I just don't entirely agree with your notion of Demonoid being the bestest ever.

Well I didn't say it was the "bestest ever" but yeah it does have some rare stuff occasionally put up at request by some really cool guys, for example, it literally took me more than 2 years trying to find the full collection of Redneck Rampage games (FPS - 1 game, 3 addons by Interplay) and I found all the games/addons in 1 torrent seeded for a very long time. Also, the seeders there are quite generous and even re-seed if requested/need be
